Flea Control?

I wondered if it was dangerous to use the advantage of two weeks after application?? I have a border collie 5 months. I put her advantage two weeks ago. The vet said may anchor after 24 hours. I put her on Thursday and took her to the dog park on Saturday, she goes into the lake and get wet .. again the vet said I could use soap shampoo, so I gave him a bath with baby shampoo, on Saturday after the park. Since then, she is still miserable with fleas. My other dog does not really work well it seems, the advantage is working on her .. I also used the shampoo on her.I put things on my carperts and furniture .. but I live in an apartment and I think once it comes out, she sits up all these chips. It's almost like there is no protection against fleas on her. Is it okay to put the advantage on its new day that is two weeks between the last application, I read a number of different things about this line.

I would ask the vet, but a very good technique is washed your dog in Dawn dishwashing detergent THE'm really SOAPY and let stand about 3 minutes then rinse after the bath when they are dry powder APPLY baby All my puppies on them IS ALMOST a year and spends most of his time OUT I have never seen fleas on SA! TRUST me it works!
